Post Matric Scholarship

With a view to encourage Adi Dravidar students to take up higher education, the scholarship is provided to students studying in courses from 11th and above. This scholarship is extended to students whose,

The expenditure is shared between the Union and State Governments in the ratio of 60:40.

Parent /guardian annual income ceiling not exceeding Rs.2.50 lakh.

Also, for Adi Dravidar students studying in approved courses beyond class 10th in recognized educational institutions, tuition fees and academic allowances are credited by the government to the student's bank savings accounts as educational assistance.

DETAILS OF THE SCHOLARSHIP

Academic/ Maintenance allowances from ₹2,500 to ₹13,500 depending on the course chosen.

All compulsory and non-refundable fee for the students studying in Covernment/Covernment-Aided/ Self-financing colleges. (Check the fee structure for the self-financing colleges here:)

Both components of the scholarships are provided for the entire duration of the course.

Are you a student belonging to Adi Dravidar (SC) or Scheduled Tribe (ST) or Adi Dravidar converted to Christian community?

Have you passed your 10th standard?

Is your family's annual income below ₹2.5 lakhs?
